I just discovered  PuriCute which lets you create Japanese photo booth stickers minus the photo booth part.  I love this site!  Now I can just choose my favorite pictures from home, upload them, pick out frames, and decorate  with stamps.  It’s free to make the pictures; you just have to create an account if you want to save them.   Try it out, come back and tell me what you think.
